Great experience! I did not know what to expect and booked a 25-min session with a female therapist. It was super easy... to make a Saturday appointment, no issues redeeming Groupon, and there was free parking in the nearby structure. The community room was clean with just several tables s you do not feel crowded. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing - I just wore my yoga pants with a t-shirt. The experience started on my belly and was very similar to a massage, and I did not feel that much stretching at that point. But once I flipped to my back, that's where the magic was. There is no way I could do such deep stretches on my own. The resistance provided by another body just added another level to the stretch. My therapist was fantastic, with nice energy, great flow and strong pressure. It was very relaxing but also intense. I definitely felt my hips and lower back open up after the treatment. A great concept! Plus someone else does the work! Highly recommend!read more

I recently learned about Knead 2 Stretch through a local networking event. Today I had an opening in my schedule and I... scheduled my first appointment. My therapist today was Ray, whom was really great. I learned that he graduated high school in the SCV Valley and was a top performing athlete. I also learned that Ray is passionate about helping people of all physical levels achieve a higher level of flexibility and body movement and is one of the founders of Knead 2 Stretch.Being someone who has dealt with back issues, I was concerned about how I would be handled. I am very pleased with Ray’s attentiveness to what he was doing and left there feeling an inner peace in my body.I will be back for sure and I absolutely recommend that you book an appointment today and try it out for yourself!read more

What is Stretch Therapy

Stretch Therapy is a combination of assisted stretch techniques used to elongate shorten muscles and fascia. One of our highly experienced therapist will work with you and manually stretch your tight and tired muscles. Stretch Therapy increases range of motion in the joints, elevates muscle restrictions helps with mobility issues and chronic pain. At Knead 2 Stretch we combined massage therapy with our stretch sessions so our clients can obtain the optimal stretch experience possible.

What to Expect on Your Visit

Our Stretch Studio is an open environment with a few tables where you will be stretched. Clients come in wearing gym clothing, yoga pants or any clothing that is flexible. Our Therapist will first determine which muscles are tight and loosen them up your prior to stretching them. There is constant communication between you and your therapist. Your therapist will imform you which muscle are tight and give you tips on keeping them loose. Stretch Therapy should not be painful. Please inform your therapist if you feel pain during the stretch session.
