What to Expect on Your Visit

Clients come in wearing gym clothing, yoga pants or any clothing that is flexible. Our Therapist will first determine which muscles are tight and loosen them up your prior to stretching them. There is constant communication between you and your therapist. Your therapist will inform you which muscles are tight and give you tips on keeping them loose. Stretch Therapy should not be painful. Please inform your therapist if you feel pain during the stretch session.
